For many years now guests have joined the restaurant queue – with a wait of up to 40 minutes eased in winter by electric radiators – for the entrecôte with the famous sauce and wafer thin chips. The service in these beautiful old rooms where every square inch is used and tables are pulled out in an attempt to seat as many people as possible on the benches, has remained the same for over 15 years. There is only one menu: salad with walnuts and entrecôte with a delicious tarragon butter sauce and chips. The dessert selection is all the bigger!
